Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. says the annual tempo of housing begins in January fell 10 per cent in contrast with December.
The nationwide housing company says the seasonally adjusted annual fee of housing begins got here it at 223,589 models for the primary month of the 12 months in contrast with 248,968 for December 2023.
